Industrial Component offers a 30-calendar-day return window for standard catalog products. The 30-day period begins on the date your shipment is marked delivered by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
A transparent 5% restocking fee applies to customer-remorse or discretionary returns. This fee covers technical dock check-in, visual and bench verification, optical scope cleaning (for fiber transceivers), and restocking into our Petaluma inventory.
To qualify for return credit, products must be in new, resaleable condition with all original manufacturer boxes, internal foam inserts, optical dust caps, power supplies, cables, and documentation intact.
Free Pre-Shipment Cancellation:
Cancellations before shipping are completely fine and incur zero fees ($0.00). If your order has not yet been tendered to FedEx, UPS, or DHL at our Petaluma loading dock, you may cancel for an immediate 100% full refund to your original payment method.
Because we operate with a prompt 2:00 PM PST daily cutoff for same-day shipping, we ask that you contact our team as quickly as possible if you need to adjust or cancel an order:

1-Year Limited WarrantyCovers FireNEX USB-C 3.2/4.0 optical extenders, industrial repeaters, locking cables, and hubs. Warranty seal must remain intact. Custom cable runs are warranted against manufacturing defects.
Baaske Medical Warranty
2-Year Manufacturer WarrantyCovers galvanic network isolators (MI 1005 series), medical power supplies, and isolation transformers under stringent European medical safety (IEC 60601-1) standards.
Unibrain Warranty
